Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
The rental price includes accommodation with all charges and taxes (including the tourist tax and the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee). Upon booking, a contract will be sent to you and 50% of the stay amount will be requested. The balance is due approximately 10 days before your arrival. Bank transfers are preferred. A security deposit of €2,000 is required.".

Cleaning
Mandatory Final cleaning service is an extra charge of 250 €.
This price is not include in the rent price.
Guest are nonetheless expected to do washing-up, empty the fridge, clean the fridge and different ovens (cooker + microwave) and remove all household waste to the outside container bins.
